Shipping & Returns
We don’t like to keep our dogs waiting so we place a high priority on getting orders processed and delivered to you as soon as possible. We offer free delivery on orders over $50, and to uphold our promise of providing you with a high quality pet treat, if you are not happy contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Please note our couriers are currently experiencing delays due to current online shopping demands. This means your order may not arrive in the usual timeframe. If you have any questions at all about the arrival of your order please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Low cost shipping Australia wide
Online orders are typically mailed within 1-3 days of ordering. Delivery usually takes approximately 3-5 business days, with destinations such as South Australia, regional QLD, NT and WA taking a little longer with an average of around 6-8 days for delivery.
Note: Delivery is by courier. This means we need your residential or business delivery address, not a PO Box. By default, on checkout there is a box ticked to say you give permission to leave the treats at the address provided if you are not there. Please give further instructions in the notes section or untick the box if you do not give permission. If you do not give permission and you are not there for delivery, you may be able to rearrange delivery or collect with their couriers calling card.
Faulty or defective products are accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. Postage costs apply and a credit note is issued for any returned “change of mind” items. Postage costs also apply for return items that are not deemed faulty. To organise a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your query together with a photo of the return item. As our products are made using natural body parts, some difference is expected in size, shape and colour of each individual pet treat item. Therefore, returns or exchanges based on a difference of products are not accepted.
